Our online shop is open 24/7 (open to registered customers only)    By using this service, you can:

  • Place an order day or night
  • View up-to-date products
  • Access all stock information, including availability indicator, prices and images
  • Receive bulk Discounts shown including Tomy and Mattel Trade Costs where applicable
  • Use our useful search function (i.e. search for “new 2019” for all new lines in 2019)
  • View your order value
  • Receive an email confirmation showing your order
  • View large images which are available for new lines and can be used in your own online shop
  • Use the ‘Single Add To Cart’ function on each page
  • See “Due By” information shown for forthcoming new lines

Delivery

Order Tracking – DPD’s “Follow My Parcel” service. You can receive a 15 minute delivery timeslot (applies to most UK postcodes).

We require your smartphones’s number & email address, you’ll get a link to a map showing you where the driver is as he gets closer to your address, plus a prediction when they are 15 minutes away! More details available here.

You will also be able to track your order and get a 1 Hour delivery window with either your text number or email address (most UK postcodes).

Invoicing

Invoices by email – On the day your order is dispatched, we can send your invoice to you by email. This will enable you to see what is coming in your delivery before it arrives! (Requires your invoicing email address)

Statements

Statements by email – We can send your statements to you by email.  (Requires your statement email address)

Newsletters

We produce emailed newsletters that help to keep our customers informed about the many new products that become available after our catalogue is printed.
